With Masters in Management Science from BITS, Pilani, she has contributed meaningfully in leadership positions in world-class organizations through strategic thinking, meticulous implementation, change management and institution building. She has evolved as a versatile, creative and sensitive leader-entrepreneur with the ability to direct energy and focus on Macro and Micro perspectives.

Chandni has adapted to various management styles and practices. She is people savvy with keen goal orientation and enjoys an environment of challenge. Chandni believes that learning is a continuous process. She did her fellowship from University of Toronto in 1993-94. She didn't stop there. She landed at London School of Economics in 2001 for Leadership Program. If you ask her for her future plans, she says, "Don't be surprised if I join another school in next ten years."

She has worked with Pritish Nandy Communications, MTV, Times of India, Cyanamid India, Novartis and Eicher Motors. She was instrumental in establishing the operations of these companies in various markets. As a CEO of Pritish Nandy, she was a key driver in establishing the company. Pritish Nandy Communications has become an important player in new genre of Indian Cinema. Chandni's profile can not be complete with out mentioning her role in Turnaround of Times FM.

Dr. Subhash Bhardwaj obtained his doctorate in Agricultural Entomology from Haryana Agricultural University, Hissar. He researched on productivity improvement of field crops, exploring honey bees repellents, to protect them from pesticides and improve pollination. Dr. Bhardwaj continued to work as a research scientist in HAU for the next five years and then moved into the private sector.

Dr. Bhardwaj relentlessly contributed to the agribusiness industry for almost twenty-five years. Ciba-Geigy, Novartis India and Syngenta India are the organizations that benefitted from the knowledge, skill and business acumen of Dr.Bhardwaj. Research and development, Training, Product Management, Crop Management, Field Sales Management and Marketing are some of the areas of specialization explored by him in his long service tenure. During his tenure as the head of sales and marketing in Syngenta India Ltd., company sales and profitability grew many folds. Most of the brands viz. Ridomil, Rifit, Curacron, Topik, Tilt, Actara, Proclaim etc introduced under his leadership, achieved the status of leading brands with top sales and high degree of profitability.

He has worked with eClerx Financial Services Private Limited with the Credit Suisse Asset Management team and given organization wide training on various financial topics like Mutual funds, portfolio management, etc. Previous to that, he was working with Jenetic Forex Pvt. Ltd., his primary role being dealing with foreign currency.
He has good knowledge of credit derivatives and is also familiar with International Swaps and Derivatives Association norms.

Ravi is responsible for business development of the company. He aggressively targets new industries and is constantly in the process of launching new products.

He had joined Executive Access India Private Limited as a management trainee and was promoted to research associate in a span of 6 months showing his outstanding performance. His responsibilities included profiling top management people and preparing company reports and industry reports.

Roshni handles the Mergers and Acquisitions advisory for various clients.
She has worked with JP Morgan Chase in the centralized research group - commercial mortgage backed securities, her primary responsibilities being origination and underwriting of loans for commercial properties.

She has actively been part of extra curricular activities in college. She was a part of the Students forum and has also been the head of department for her college festival- Umang 2003.
Roshni Agnani is a CFA from ICFAI and has done her Bachelors in Management studies from Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai University.
