Chandni Sahgal

Chandni is the Founder
and Managing Proprietor of D'Essence. She has twenty
years of professional experience spanning several sectors
at different functional levels. With Masters in Management
Science from BITS, Pilani, she has contributed meaningfully
in leadership positions in world-class organizations
through strategic thinking, meticulous implementation,
change management and institution building. She has
evolved as a versatile, creative and sensitive leader-entrepreneur
with the ability to direct energy and focus on Macro
and Micro perspectives.

Chandni has adapted to various management styles and
practices. She is people savvy with keen goal orientation
and enjoys an environment of challenge. Chandni has
focused on Strategic Planning, Developing Teams, Marketing
Young Indian adults, use of technology and new media
and Conception of Creative ideas.
Chandni believes that
learning is a continuous process. She did her fellowship
from University of Toronto in 1993-94. She didn't stop
there. She landed at London School of Economics in 2001
for Leadership Program. If you ask her for her future
plans, she says, "Don't be surprised if I join
another school in next ten years."
She believes that life
is nothing without fun. Everyone should learn to enjoy
life. She personally insists that her employees take
some time off the work and have a good look at this
beautiful world and cherish the moments.
Therefore, it is not
surprising that as a Country Head of MTV India, she
was instrumental in MTV's launch in India. Her Corporate
profile gives the same impression. She has worked with
Pritish Nandy Communications, MTV, Times of India, Cyanamid
India, Novartis and Eicher Motors. She was instrumental
in establishing the operations of these companies in
various markets. As a CEO of Pritish Nandy, she was
a key driver in establishing the company. Pritish Nandy
Communications has become an important player in new
genre of Indian Cinema. Chandni's profile can not be
complete with out mentioning her role in Turnaround
of Times FM.

Shirish Bhakare
|
Shirish is a marketing specialist handling various marketing aspects of the firm.
He did his internship with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance focusing on 'Potential & Enhancement of retail distribution Franchisees in Mumbai region'. He has also done a project with BARC (Govt. of India) to help them design a "Dwarf Manipulator- a mechanical robot capable of handling radio active material".
Has headed 'Consonance 2006' and 'Consonance 2007', the inter college festival of DY Patil Institute of Management Studies.
He is a wildlife enthusiast and dreams of covering all the wildlife parks in the world.

Shirish is an MBA in Marketing and has done his graduation in Mechanical Engineering from University of Mumbai.
Nitin Gupta
|
Nitin handles the fund raising for clients advising
them on various financial issues encountered by them.
He has previously worked with Anand Rathi Advisors,
Bangkok with his primary responsibility being statistical
analysis to investigate ways of predicting market risk
value. He has worked with other companies like Mattel
Bangkok Limited and Expert hand security & investigation
services.
He has also worked on a project with Hiranandani Construction
Pvt. Ltd. to develop a decision- making system for efficient
scheduling.
Besides this, he has prepared several projects ranging
from business plans, valuations to feasibility study.

Nitin is an MBA in Finance from Asian Institute of Technology,
Thailand and a graduate in Civil Engineering.
Chandresh Jain
|
Chandresh looks after
the growth strategies and valuation practices for clients.
He has worked with eClerx Financial Services Private
Limited with the Credit Suisse Asset Management team
and given organization wide training on various financial
topics like Mutual funds, portfolio management, etc.
Previous to that, he was working with Jenetic Forex
Pvt. Ltd., his primary role being dealing with foreign
currency.
He has good knowledge of credit derivatives and is also
familiar with International Swaps and Derivatives Association
norms.

Chandresh is a CFA from ICFAI and a Commerce graduate
from the University of Mumbai.
Ravi Jain
|
Ravi is responsible for
business development of the company. He aggressively
targets new industries and is constantly in the process
of launching new products.
He had joined Executive Access India Private Limited
as a management trainee and was promoted to research
associate in a span of 6 months showing his outstanding
performance. His responsibilities included profiling
top management people and preparing company reports
and industry reports.

He was a part of the core team that organized the Inter-School
North Zone Table-Tennis Championship held by CBSE. Besides
this, he was a part of organizing various other college
and school events.
Ravi has done his Bachelors in Commerce from Shri. Ram
College of Commerce, Delhi University.
Roshni Agnani

Roshni handles the Mergers
and Acquisitions advisory for various clients.
She has worked with JP Morgan Chase in the centralized
research group - commercial mortgage backed securities,
her primary responsibilities being origination and underwriting
of loans for commercial properties.
She has actively been part of extra curricular activities
in college. She was a part of the Students forum and
has also been the head of department for her college
festival- Umang 2003.
Roshni Agnani is a CFA from ICFAI and has done her Bachelors
in Management studies from Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai
University.
