Rajesh Chedda
Rajesh is a Senior Financial Associate. He is a qualified
chartered accountant who handles all dealings with Government
institutions and departments. He also provides inputs in building
all financial models, due diligence and dealing with the client's
bankers and investors.
Vivek Verma
Vivek is a Design Associate. He provides
the design, architectural inputs, creative project management
and costing inputs for D'Essence projects.
Vivek has been involved in designing and
executing 5-Star Hotels, restaurants, Corporate and residential
architecture and interiors and in the design of commercial
Centers, Multiplexes, shopping Centers and entertainment company
offices.
He was also instrumental in designing the
conceptual designs for the Farmers Market AGORA and Market
of Pune Municipal Corporation.
Some of his key projects are Planet M music stores at all
locations, offices for MTV, UTV and the Times of India Group,
Retail outlets for Reebok and Crossword, Haiko, Supermarket
at Hirandani Powai, Rave 3 Multiplex at Kanpur and E-Citi
Multiplex at Ahmedabad. Multiplexes are in progress at Andheri,
Jaipur, Indore, Borivali and Meerut totaling an area of over
800,000 sq ft.
Vivek also received the 1st Prize in Excellence
in Commercial Projects by the Indian Institute of Interior
Designers.
Manisha Juneja
Manisha is our Business Development Associate
for North India region. Manisha Co-ordinates our business
development activities in Delhi such as managing key client
relationships, client/prospective client visits, cold calls,
presentations and proposal preparation, tracks sectoral growth.
She also works on entry strategy and market
research projects across various sectors esp. like Retail,
IT, Media and Entertainment.
Manisha is an MBA from ISB with specialization
in Strategic Marketing and Leadership & Change Management.
She has worked with Coopers and Lybrand and A.T Kearney and
worked on Market Feasibility assignments for large corporations
entering the Indian market
Ratan Kumar Datta - Consulting
Associate
Ratan Kumar is Consulting Associate with D'Essence. He has
over 40 years of professional working experience in agri and
agri-related industries.
He had done postgraduate in Agriculture Science and worked
at key positions in Indian as well as Multinational companies.
His professional experience includes working for Damodar Valley
Corporation, Cynamid India (Agri Div), Indofil Chemicals,
Agrimas Chemicals, DuPont India (Agri Div), EID Parry (Agri
Div), Stoller Enterprises, USA
He is one of the experts in Indian Agriculutre Sector.
Rashmi Sawant- Agriculture, Tourism and
Hospitality Associate
Rashmi assists us in projects related to Agriculture, Tourism
& Hospitality. She has done wide range of projects in
tourism industry.
Key projects include The Goa Carnival 1998, Journeys of India
in Chamonix, France, July 1998, The Edinburgh Festivals of
2001 and 2002, and Cultural Festivals during Mango festivals
of 2002 and 2003.
Rashmi has played an instrumental role in organizing highly
successful Mango festival 2002 & 2003. She was also closely
involved in setting up the beach resort in Vengarli, Sindhudurg.
The project is based on Eco tourism on a cooperative s basis
involving local farmers in the Konkan region of Maharashtra.
Rashmi is graduate in History with a post graduate degree
in Travel and Tourism from the Bombay University
