Anuradha Vijayadharan

Anuradha, has done her Masters in Commerce from University of Mumbai following which she worked in a leading Audit and Consulting firm Price Waterhouse Coopers.
She has done Auditing for leading clients like J&J, IBM, Heinz and HLL to name a few. Being a true Malayalee she has a deep interest in music and dance in all its forms, to give credit to this she has a certification from Nrityaprabha School of Indian classical dance and
performing arts where she underwent an 8-year study. |

Bharat Vasandani

Bharat has graduated in Biomedical Engineering and
has done his Masters in International Business from
ESC-Grenoble, France.
He has knowledge in the field of biomedical engineering,
manufacturing & exports, global purchasing and international
marketing. His work exposure ranges from industries
like medical engineering, plastics, pulp & paper
and ITES in MNCs such as Philips and Ahlstrom [france]
Bharat's interest in D’Essence includes Logistics,
ITES, Healthcare and Tourism Industries. He enjoys formulating
business and marketing strategies, studying industry
domains, assisting start-ups and creating entry strategies.

Elsa Menezes
|
Elsa has done her Bachelors
in Management Studies specializing in International
Finance Marketing and from St Xaviers College Mumbai
and is pursuing her Masters from University of Mumbai
with majors in Business Policy and Strategy and Economics.
Her report on the “Dabbawalla System”for her Final Semester
in College was adjudged with an Outstanding Grade. She
considers Research and Report writing to be her forte,
and believes her Interpersonal Skills, Communication
abilities, Curiosity and Analytical mind to be her strengths.

Ganesh Rewanwar
|
Ganesh a chemical engineer from REC Trichy, he joined Reliance immediately after graduation. He has played an important role in the construction and start-up of Coker plant in Reliance's Jamnagar refinery. He has many firsts and lasts to his credit.
Over few years, he has established a diverse background. He has done an MBA from Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines and Stockholm School of Economics. He has also passed CFA® Level1 examination conducted by AIMR, USA.

His professional experience included working for IP Ventures, Philippines, Deutsche Bank AG Philippines and Veltrup AG Germany. He has played a key role in listing IP Ventures on Philippines Stock Exchange. At D'Essence Ganesh worked in the capacity of a Consulting Associate and played a very big role in financial modelling and valuations. He was a great Team player and a stickler for detail.

Harold Kharduid

Harold has done his MBA from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta in addition to his B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with distinction from NIT /REC Trichy. His professional experience includes Tata Steel where he played the role of a change agent in the Environmental Management Department and was an Internal ISO 14001 Auditor. His most important contribution to have developed an in-house method to recycle process wastes to make fly ash bricks. |

He joined Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd after doing MBA. The challenging task of educating and selling a fleet management tool cum loyalty product called Smartfleet to key customers namely large fleet owners, has been a great experience for him. His professional experience also includes working for EXIM Bank of India.
At Dessence Consulting Harold was a Development Associate, his contribution to Dessence was immense, a hard-core researcher with an analytical bent of mind, having an uncanny aptitude for logic and reasoning.

Orlene D'Souza

Orlene is an Industrial Psychologist (from Mumbai University) and has a great exposure to various aspects of psychology.
Her specialty is in use of psychometric testing in Recruitment and selection,
training and counselling. She has done ample research in the areas of Personality Development,
Organizational Culture, and Work Values & Person-organization fit. At Dessence she played a major role,
in the company’s Corporate Training and Recruitment assignments.

His 4 years professional experience includes structuring wholesale Banking solutions for the emerging small and medium Indian Enterprises at ICICI Bank besides introducing derivative products and launching e-trading portals at Refco-Sify Securities.
